How to Bypass UnitedHealthcare File Rejections

Understanding Rolling Statements 0:00

• United Health Care, Heartland National, and Aetna have rolling statements.
• A rolling statement allows for continuous updates throughout the month.

Downloading Commission Statements 0:33

• You can download the commission statement file at any time during the month.
• Example: Downloading on January 5th will include data from January 1st to January 5th.

Avoiding Duplicate Data 1:18

• If you download the file on different dates (e.g., January 5th and January 18th), the data for the overlapping days will be duplicated.
• ComTrack will reject any attempts to digest a file that contains duplicate data.

Digesting Files Correctly 1:51

• To successfully digest the United Health Care files, wait until February 1st to process January files.
• This prevents duplicates and ensures accurate data.

Cautionary Notes

• Do not attempt to digest files from the same month before the first of the following month. This will lead to rejection due to duplicate data.
