How Agility FMO statements work

Example Filenames and Carrier Identification:

• “123456789-Agility UnitedHealthcare” → Carrier identified as “UnitedHealthcare”
• “Super duper Agility Humana” → Carrier identified as “Humana”
• “jksdj1233_Agility UHC ACA” → Carrier identified as “UHC ACA”

Important Note:

In ComTrack, the carrier name will always include “(Agility)” at the end.

So the final carrier names for the examples above would be:

• UnitedHealthcare (Agility)
• Humana (Agility)
• UHC ACA (Agility)
