Swapping Your ComTrack Phone Number for UnitedHealthcare 2FA
When using Retrieve to log into UnitedHealthcare’s Jarvis portal, ComTrack needs to receive the 2FA (two-factor authentication) code directly. To enable this, you’ll replace your existing phone number on file with UnitedHealthcare with your ComTrack phone number.
This allows ComTrack to automatically receive and process 2FA codes, ensuring Retrieve can log in without interruptions. You’ll still receive a forwarded copy of every 2FA code for your records, so you can log in manually if needed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Jarvis login page and click Sign In.
- On the next screen, click Manage My One Healthcare ID — this is important. Always log in this way.
- Once logged in, scroll down to Contact Information and click Edit.
- Paste in your ComTrack phone number in place of your current number.
- Click Save.
- Click Verify and choose Text Message as the verification method.
- UnitedHealthcare will send a 2FA code to your new number — ComTrack will automatically capture it and forward a copy to you.
- Enter the code to verify, and you’re done.
Why This Matters
By routing your UnitedHealthcare 2FA codes to ComTrack, Retrieve can automatically log in and download your commission statements — without you needing to manually share codes or pause your workflow.
You’ll still receive all codes as a backup, but this setup ensures your Retrieve automations run smoothly and consistently.
Would you like me to format it for your Zendesk Help Center style (e.g., include callouts, emojis, and tip boxes like your other ComTrack articles)?
